Gluten Free Cinnamon Coffee Cake

Our kitchen is Gluten Free – we do not have any wheat or glutinous flours in the bakery in order to eliminate the dangers of cross contamination. We believe Gluten Free should/and can be delicious! We are constantly working and researching ways to make our baked goods more flavorful, moist and satisfying to even the the most sensitive palate.

Our commitment to quality means we use only the best ingredients, ranging from organic produce and chocolate to locally pastured and humanely and sustainably raised eggs and meats, and our own house-made broths and bases. We source locally and regeneratively as much as possible, supporting our community and reducing our carbon footprint. By embracing sustainable practices, we are not just creating food that tastes good, but also food that is good for the environment and our customers’ health.
